While the game itself is simple, the surreality of the graphic components and accompanying audio made this an ambient time waster. Smooth motion, well assembled; the scoreboard could use some style and this would look "professional". (enough to use as an advertising gimmick). The ability to choose the right audio is a gift.
while most viewers will realize that he is referring to alter egos.. in this context of the "ego" having a physical nature "echo" makes sense.. an echo is a sound wave that bounces back to you slightly altered, in the context of alter egos communicating within one self (as opposed to communicating with other beings) the label echo makes sense.
i found this flash spiritual and moving as well as hilarious.
for a basic animation applet, it's AWESOME. major peeve: can't see the outline of objects you are trying to draw with solid tool. sound on/off function would be cool. the loop has a cool Asian/Reading Ranbow/Mr. Rogers feel to it, but it gets annoying after a while.
Using NGR as a sound board for professional projects is a smart idea, like conducting your own market research. Reviewers should keep that in mind when scoring. (in the long run are not other game writers hoping to make it pro someday?)
It is a cute play on the other interactive ads that are already out there. Have you placed it against a variety of backgrounds? It contrasts well to Newgrounds, but might look washed out against a white or pale background. The "graduate debt free" in the bold logo on the left is a little hard to read, but that might be caused by an aging monitor. At first, it's a little hard to tell that it is a necktie around the 'R' but now that i recognize it, it's obvious. i don't know why i am giving it a 7 as opposed to an 8. Maybe the reminder of my own college debt makes me grouchy; in which case, the nature of the ad could be appealing to others in a similar situation.
To make text more readable you need to contrast colors. Because your pictures had a lot of blue in them (dark) orange would be a good contrasting color to use. [purple/yellow, blue/orange, red/green; in art class they call these complementary colors] You might want to try editing/enhancing pictures before you add text (example: slightly blur the area where you are going to add text.) the sound loop that you chose is not "rip-my-brain-out" annoying [BONUS!]. Since you already explained that this was a rough product, you don't have to put those details in the game, but your additions like the "dream" show that you have creativity and potential. i'll be watching for your submissions in the future.
Thank you for your review, ill fix them next time and part 2 could be better and the best version will be v2.00 and the special edition will be v3.00, 2 will be on 2007 of january, thank you for your nice review, its nice enough you didnt gave me a 0

Thanks for the thoughtful review. The one site I know it's gonna be places on has a pretty dark bg, so I'm not too worried about it.
I guess the point off for scary college debt reminder is acceptable.
